Open Access Policy

What is Open Access?

Open Access (OA) refers to free, unrestricted online access to research outputs such as journal articles and books. OA content is open to all, with no access fees. Open Access allows the users to read, download or copy and use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.

Universal Library Open Access Publications use the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license for all our publications. This allows others to share, copy, distribute, and adapt the work, provided they give appropriate credit to the original source. We believe that this license promotes the widest dissemination of scientific research, while also ensuring that the authors receive proper credit for their work.
