Reviewer Guidelines

Peer Review Process

We follow double blinded peer review process. In this process the author's names and affiliations will not be exposed to Editors and Reviewers and authors are also kept blinded from Reviewer information

Peer review process is the most important quality check for the submitted manuscript. Universal Library Open Access Publications follows a double blind peer review process, to ensure editorial decision making. In this peer review process, experts in the relevant fields are selected as reviewers and they will analyze the submitted research work from every perspective like quality, originality, academic standards, technical content, documentation, and significance to the journals scope.

Responsibilities

After receiving manuscript from Editorial Board Member/Editorial Office, Reviewer should respond whether he considering the manuscript or not in a couple of days, based on his expertise. After accepting the manuscript, reviewer could provide his decisions as below after completing peer review process to editorial office.

Accepted: If the manuscript is completely relevant and well written
Rejected: If the manuscript is irrelevant
Need to Sent Revision: If any minor/major corrections to be done for manuscript

Author has to correct the submission according to comments in review report, if it suggests to do minor/major corrections. Author has to send back the corrected manuscript to Editorial office on time line for smooth publishing process.

1. Reviewer must not be biased and transparent in his decision.
2. Reviewers should morally abide to provide the review comments within the stipulated time and be active enough in responding to the queries raised by the editor if any.
3. Reviewer should respect the confidentiality of the information of manuscript till it gets published.
4. Final decision in accepting/rejecting of the manuscript is solely decided by Chief-Editor of the journal.
5. For any conflicts with manuscript/authors/editors he should contact editorial office.
6. We kindly welcome reviewer’s suggestions to develop the journal.
