Peer Review Process

We follow double blinded peer review process. In this process the author's names and affiliations will not be exposed to Editors and Reviewers and authors are also kept blinded from Reviewer information.

Peer review process is the most important quality check for the submitted manuscript. Universal Library Open Access Publications follows a double blind peer review process, to ensure editorial decision making. In this peer review process, experts in the relevant fields are selected as reviewers and they will analyze the submitted research work from every perspective like quality, originality, academic standards, technical content, documentation, and significance to the journals scope.

Accepted without changes
Major/Minor Revision
Rejected

Article which needs to be revised will be sent back to authors for revision.
After the editor receives the revised manuscript, it is assigned to the reviewer(s) once again, for approval of changes. But the final decision to publish is done by the Editor/ Editor-in-Chief.
