AbstractThis methodological guide examines how real estate professionals equipped with developed personal brands and systematic public relations positioning function as primary catalysts for attracting international clients and foreign capital to the United States real estate market. The study applies a mixed-methods framework combining quantitative analysis of National Association of Realtors transactional data, structured review of peer-reviewed literature published, and conceptual synthesis of branding, marketing, and cross-cultural communication theories. Key findings confirm that internationally oriented agents perform a distinctly advisory role that extends well beyond transaction facilitation, encompassing legal navigation, cultural mediation, and remote transaction management. The volume of international residential purchases reached approximately $56 billion in 2024-2025, with more than 78,000 properties sold to foreign-origin buyers, underscoring the scale of the phenomenon. The guide introduces a three-pillar integration model connecting personal branding, PR strategy, and brokerage expertise as mutually reinforcing drivers of international demand. Practical recommendations are provided for agents, developers, and investors operating in cross-border contexts. This guide will be of interest to real estate practitioners, educators, marketing strategists, and researchers focusing on global property investment patterns.
