AbstractThe methodology describes a reproducible process for paintless dent removal that combines cold glue with a reverse hammer equipped with a magnetic return mechanism. Growth in the share of aluminum body panels and the expansion of the insurance-driven repair segment make a documented, repeatable procedure necessary, as standard techniques yield inconsistent results on aluminum. The aim is a single protocol that spans pre-repair diagnostics, differentiated repair of steel and aluminum, quality control, and efficiency assessment. The novelty lies in formalizing an authorial instrument, the magnetic-return reverse hammer, as the structural core of a closed technological system that runs from damage assessment to result verification. The protocol shows that a fixed stroke yields a repeatable impulse, reducing the risk of overstretching aluminum and protecting the paint layer. The diagnostic algorithm reduces dependence on individual skill and raises the reproducibility of the outcome. The methodology serves dent technicians, body-shop managers, insurers, and vocational instructors who train and certify specialists.
